How Can You Stay Active?
It can sometimes seem difficult to find ways to stay active when you are in so much pain. However, it is important to stay moving and to find things that you enjoy doing to keep you active. Running around and playing outside with friends can be an easy way to stay active – also organized sports when possible. Many people find swimming to be an especially good option because it allows for a challenging workout without a lot of pressure or impact on the joints. Exercise not only helps our joints, it also helps our frame of mind – get those endorphins going!
